Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, vinegar, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place salmon skin side down and cook for 4 minutes.
